Navigating the world of “global strategy” today has become a very complex endeavor. While some
parts of the world may appear “flat” and thus interconnected, your growth might come from markets that are
more isolated and thus less developed. How do you conceive and implement strategies that will succeed in
a world of differences while capturing the essential benefits that similarities can bring? How do you build the
organization that can respond nimbly both in flat world as deftly as it does in an uneven one? What are the
leadership competencies you need to build for executing strategy in the global world of tomorrow?
Creating Value through Global Strategy will arm you with practical, contemporary tools that allow you not
only to develop effective strategy based on your organization’s values, but also to communicate it with key
constituents and galvanize the individuals in your organization.
