Conduct and document on the job training to develop and maintain a high performance work crew
certifications. Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to AMT’s concerning documentations,
manuals, and job tasks, Monitor and evaluate employees and make personal recommendations to
supervisor. Continually provide timely and accurate aircraft status updates to the Maintenance

tasks on aircraft and equipment as assigned. Perform avionics and routine preflight T/S and MX on CRJ 200,

700, 900 aircrafts (CF34-3B1, CF34-8C5B1, AND CF348C5) GE Engines... Maintain a clean work area while
adhering to all safety rules. Interrogated digital avionics maintenance data for various aircraft system flight
instruments and control units. Utilize the basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems. Perform inspections during rework, documenting MX procedures,
parts origin, and condition of parts or equipment. Maintain or repair aircraft structures, engines, components and
avionics systems according to FAA specifications. Perform inspections during assembly of parts, and after repair
of installation of components. Document MXprocedures to include component damage, origin, and condition of
component(s) or equipment. Inspect airframes and power plants for wear or defects. Complete all forms and
computer entries associated with any task.
