Education

As the Director of the School of Information Systems and Technology at the Lucas Graduate School of Business, I administer the Management Information Systems program, an undergraduate concentration within the BS in Business Administration major. The School also provides electives to the MBA program. My research areas include e-Learning, eCommerce and Social Media Impacts. I've taught across the MIS curriculum and developed a set of Business Systems Innovation Labs that we use to provide hands-on, experiential learning to all Business majors in the college. I'm active in the Association for Information Systems, a professional society for academics in the field.
