Born James Timothy Winton. I have a 20-year career working at the intersection of commerce, sustainability, and change making in for-profit, not-for-profit and social enterprises. Performed a range of roles, including: environmental services contractor, sustainability educator, designer, project manager, consultant, executive leadership, and corporate governance. My main practice is the research, design, and implementation of practical methods of resolving social and organisational complexity. I created PatternDynamics™ as an Integral Pattern Language that supports purpose-driven, collaborative systems thinking. Collaborative systems thinking is a leadership skill that research suggest.
