Introducion
In my project I will go into the corporate culture. First I describe the corporate culture
of my own company, then the 3 self-employed. An interview should provide me with
the data so that I can analyze the situation of the self-employed. An analysis of the
collected data is followed by a reflection.

Result (interview):
Overall it's a very different result. 2 respondents described a more innovative and
relaxed company, the third person a more rigid and traditional company.
Answers c), d), f), g) where the respondents are very close together.
The first thing that strikes you is that almost all the answers are of different nature.
One notices immediately that two opinions gave relatively close answers. This is due
to the similar view of the company. The 3rd self-employed person has a completely
different company image and this is less innovative than opinions 1 and 2.
Opinions 1 and 2 are innovative and free.
As for the first question, all answers tend to be positive for the company. The
company therefore supports people who want to become intrapreneurs. (Note:
answers points 5,6,7) One answer stands out with 7 points.
Regarding the second question, it should be said that 2 people let their employees
work on projects with complete freedom, while one person doesn't think so. The
traditional side of the company does not give workers freedom.
As to the third question: Almost everyone in the company can do their job in their own
way.
Regarding the fourth question, almost all companies do not have the ability to access
resources quickly.
Regarding the fifth question, it can be said that one person answered this question
completely in the negative, while the other two people answered more in the
affirmative.
Regarding the sixth question, almost everyone in the company tolerates mistakes.
With regard to the seventh question, it can be said that everyone rated this question
in the direction of "No".
Regarding the eighth question, it can be said that 2 people answered this question in
the negative and one opinion answered this question in the affirmative.
Regarding the ninth question, it can be said that 2 opinions answered this question
with "yes", one person with "no".
To the tenth question, two people answered “Yes”, one person almost “No”.
Overall, 2 people firmly believe that this is an innovative company, with the right
culture and way of working.

Consideration
Overall, all respondents (myself included) tend to prefer an innovative and
independent company, depending on their own skills.
Another aspect is that every employee tends to prefer to work in an innovative
company (derived from my answers). Not every company can offer this opportunity.
This is reflected in the interviews conducted. In all answers, the company tends to
support those who want to become intrapreneurs.
The answers to questions 2 and 3 suggest that not all companies have or can
integrate an innovation culture.
In answer d, mine and the person's are almost the same. It is hardly possible to
simply get resources for new ideas. Many companies have a structure that requires
resources to be approved from above, such as management or supervisors.
Almost all answers to answer e) and f) are the same. This shows the company's
willingness to innovate. This answer also shows that an atmosphere should be
created in which innovations arise.
Long-term and high-risk projects are difficult for many companies, as is involving
employees in brainstorming sessions. The companies I have met make great efforts
to support these projects, but it has been shown that not every company is able to do
so.
The last two answers to the interview show that larger companies are more
innovative in this case. The already mentioned traditional side of the company shows
less flexibility and ability to innovate. Overall, the interview shows that larger
companies are more flexible and innovative than small traditional companies.
