I started Informatics Studio in 1992 as a communications research, user centered design and technology firm after teaching visual design and applied communication theory as a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Informatics Studio is a small business with GSA AIMS and MOBIS Schedules, and clients ranging from start-up technology companies to global corporations, government agencies, nonprofits, and NGOs.
