Developed and implemented a strategy to bring video tuner device repairs in-house transforming
the repair cycle from 45 days to 8 business days and improving field failure rates from 14% to 1%.

material handling, modifying finished goods days on hand targets, and improvement to the
shipment processes. Developed of new SLA’s and KPI’s to sustain advancements.
Identified KPI’s and trended performance indicators related to service delivery, work-in-process
and inventory on hand to improve operating efficiency of the vendors.
Lead the transformation of supply chain from a decentralized to a regionalized model with
standardized processes resulting in improved efficiency and internal and external customer

BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – Phoenix, AZ (4.5 years)
Lead the business operations functions of accounting, finance, collections revenue assurance, supply
chain, facilities, loss prevention, fraud and audit. Managed 115 staff and a budget of $48M.
Lead the purchase transaction of the Cable America acquisition, partnered with legal and worked
with all regulatory agencies to ensure proper documentation and project plans were developed.
Formed a cross-functional team to merge all operations ensuring the integration of employees,
network platform, equipment, inventory and billing systems which added $58M in revenue yearly.
Exceeded financial and customer growth expectations for two years while acting as the Interim VP
of Finance for a $2 billion annual revenue operation.
Identified the need for internal sales and use tax audit, hired a tax specialist, performed the audit
resulting in a $22M state refund and permanently lowered capex moving forward.

on over 900K customers. Provided financial oversight for all business operations.

Identified the need and created a revenue assurance team to analyze, reconcile and audit network
