1. Investigated Catalytic Converters for reducing pollution of
gasoline engines.
2. Explored and found important parameters related to a three-
way catalyst model.
3. Coded the three-way catalyst model in a MATLAB program.
4. Conducted ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) technique and
Electron Microscopy tests to obtain catalyst specifications.
5. Designed and built a catalyst test rig which evolved as a result
of theoretical analysis.
6. Carried out and prepared oxidation and reduction tests with
several different agents.
7. Developed and validated the three-way catalyst model
by test results.

1999-2001 Design Department Designed manufacturing and machining
processes for different connecting-rod brands. Developed quality
control processes. Modified jigs, fixtures, tools, gages and
machines based on new and upcoming products. Prepared
engineering documents required for both ISO9000 and QS9000.
Designed and manufactured gages for Q.C. and coordinated
efforts to detect causes of the problems reported by customers
and engine assembly companies and formulated solutions to
avoid future problems. Conducted extensive research on

specifications mentioned above.
