Position: Director of Human Resources
In 2011, Senior Vantage Point, LLC was dissolved as a company. Addit, LLC continued to
provide back office support services to its new ownership group that took over the Arkansas
Facility Portfolio and I was asked and accepted the position of Director of Human Resources to
the CEO on September 1, 2011 under Addit, LLC d/b/a Compass Pointe Healthcare System (see
above).
• Under Senior Vantage Point, LLC/Addit, LLC, I reported directly to the Chief Operating
Officer where I directed and managed human resources and benefit functions including
employee relations for 3,500 employees in 22 skilled nursing facilities in Indiana, 17
skilled nursing facilities in Arkansas, 1 skilled nursing facility in Florida and one skilled
nursing facility in Wisconsin along with the Corporate Office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
• Responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
o Successfully negotiated/decertified two Union buildings/contracts in Arkansas;
o Responsible for IT conversion from PeopleSoft to American HealthTech for
Payroll and Human Resources including user logins, electronic security access
requests and approvals for entire organization;
o Policy Management oversight including the implementation and roll out of the
new Human Resource Manual and Employee Handbooks for 17 Arkansas skilled
nursing facilities acquired in July, 2009;
o WOTC/WTW/1 Hire Act -- $250,000 in tax credits; and
o Claimed over $53,000 in EDGE tax credits and skills grant in Indiana.
• Supervised the Benefits Administration Department and one Benefits Specialist to
oversee the benefits open enrollment process, ensure all benefit requests and/or issues
were resolved/handled timely/efficiently and worked with the Insurance Carrier to
successfully/accurately complete yearly insurance renewals and negotiate yearly
insurance rates on behalf of the company and presented that information to the Board of
Directors for their review/approval each year.
6/2007 – 1/2008 Billit AIT, LLC – East Aurora, New York
Position: Benefits Manager
Billit AIT, LLC provided back office support to 2 separate long-term care companies – Absolut
Care that owned a total of 13 facilities in New York and The Waters of Indiana, LLC that owned
a total of 14 facilities in Indiana. In 2009, The Waters of Indiana, LLC company relocated their
Corporate Office from East Aurora, New York to Indianapolis, Indiana. I was asked and
accepted the position of Director of Human Resources for Senior Vantage Point, LLC and Addit,
LLC overseeing Human Resources and Benefits for the 14 facilities that were owned by The
Waters of Indiana, LLC.
• Reported directly to the Chief Operating Officer and provided Benefits Management for
3,000 employees in Indiana and New York, which included, but was not limited to:
o 401K Administration/Oversight;
o FMLA and COBRA Administration/Oversight;
o WOTC and WTW Compliance;
o Designed Benefit Programs of Medical, Dental , Vision, and Voluntary Benefits

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
The Park Associates, Inc. sold its back office support company to Billit Accounting &
Information Technology, LLC on June 7, 2007. I was offered and accepted the Benefits Manager
position and joined Billit AIT, LLC (see above).
• Reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Director and responsibilities included, but
were not limited to:
o Completion of Medicare, Medicaid and HMO billing procedures for twelve SNF
facilities in the States of Indiana and New York including:
Reviewing Modality Logs;

Review Medicare Cash Summary and check/complete ADR/RMRU
