4. About Elizabeth Rayer, Ph.D.
Elizabeth Rayer, Ph.D. is a Principal and Director of Corporate Education at
Vantage Partners. She brings expertise in negotiation, influence, change
management, organizational development and instructional design. Liz’s
work has been heavily concentrated on enabling organizations across various
industries to have a sustainable, positive impact on their bottom line by more
strategically and effectively working with, and managing relationships with,
internal and external stakeholders. Liz’s work has ranged from designing and
implementing organizational wide change initiatives, to designing large-scale
learning and skill development programs. Recent clients include Anglo
American, GE Energy, IBM, Merck, Microsoft, Novartis, Procter & Gamble,
Southern California Edison, and USAA.

5. Prior to joining Vantage Partners, Liz was the CEO of BPYI, Inc., a health and
wellness company, where she led the company to increased, sustainable
growth by developing profitable partnerships both domestically and
internationally. Before that, as Managing Principal of Elevation Strategies, she
consulted to organizations on relationship management, leadership, and
operational effectiveness issues. In this role, one of her major engagements
was designing and implementing a negotiation strategy for the sales force of
Pepsi USA. Additional positions Liz has held include Chief Knowledge Officer
for Thinking Sun, Inc., a consultant with DBM, and Adjunct Professor of
Psychology at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Liz earned her Ph.D. in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University.
Her focus and dissertation were in the field of organizational development
and adult learning.

6. About Carol Bonett
Carol Bonett serves as a senior consultant and facilitator for Vantage Partners
where she helps companies negotiate and manage critical relationships. Carol
offers fifteen years of experience as a practitioner, trainer and consultant in
the fields of executive development and coaching, sales training and
management, and corporate communication skills.

7. Prior to joining Vantage Partners, Carol served as Vice President —
Leadership Development at Smith Barney. In this role, she managed the
development process for new leaders, through a two-year apprenticeship to
their promotion to key leadership roles across the organization. Carol also
served as a lead facilitator and coach for relationship management training
initiatives conducted as part of a joint venture process in various business
units including risk management, audit, legal, marketing and sales.

8. In addition to her work as a facilitator and coach, Carol is a Certified
Professional in Learning and Performance®. In this capacity, she provided
strategic and tactical consulting expertise on designing and executing
pragmatic, high-impact performance improvement solutions from needs

results. She has been called upon to share her expertise and the results of her
programs at industry conferences including The Conference Board —
Transforming and Advancing Learning Workshops in New York and the
Learning Transfer Summit in San Francisco. Carol also brings extensive
experience in delivering effective key-note presentations, workshops and
webinars to business executives in the U.S. and internationally.
