Payroll Processing Service: We process the payroll under your company’s EIN and file the payroll taxes in the respective state that applies to the employee.
We deduct the full amount of the payroll cost from your account 2 days prior to running payroll.
Payroll Processing Service: Wecharge$15perpaycheck/employeeifyouhavelessthan20employeesonyourpayrollplus a monthly charge of $50 to cover the fee
to file payroll taxes on your behalf. This $50 monthly fee is our cost and is a direct pass-thru to allow us to file the payroll taxes.
Workforce Solutions Service: WeprovideFullPayrollServices,WorkersCompInsurance,GeneralLiabilityInsuranceandwemaintain Employer of Record status for the
employees. We file the payroll and payroll taxes under our own EIN.The client manages the day-to-day activities, but we assist with the back office related payroll tasks.

to cover payroll, we assist with the risk management associated with your operation. We have created a seamless package including tri-party contracts that allows us
to fund payroll, manage the invoices and all Accounts Receivable activities on your behalf.

For the payroll processing we can service ALL industries. For the Authorized Dealer andWorkforce Solutions Service we can
currently cover about 95% of all industries but please request a quote for your specific code and state.

your future receivables if your client does not pay.
What is a UCC?
UCC stands for Uniform Commercial Code. It is a uniform law that governs commercial
transactions, including sales of goods, secured transactions and negotiable instruments.
It is a comprehensive set of statutes created to provide consistency among the states.
It is called a uniform law because the same law exists in many states.
What is a UCC-1?
A UCC-1 is a“financing statement”filed to provide notice that a creditor has a security
interest in a debtor’s personal property. It serves as notice to the world that one person
or company claims an interest in someone else's property, usually as collateral for a debt.
They“Buy”your invoices and place a stamp on the invoice that
reads“This invoice owned by XYZ Factoring Company. Please
send all payments to this new address...etc”
They can revoke funding of the invoice with a 24 hour notice
and then you are responsible and stuck paying the employee
out of your own pocket.
They can require overly strict payment terms with your client.
They have the right to contactYOUR clients on unpaid invoices
until the invoice is paid.
They can have the right to freeze your account and hold the
balances of paid invoices from one client against unpaid
invoices from another client.
They DO NOT provide any type of Payroll Services or Payroll
