Lessons Learnt
• ICT and social media offer many benefits and opportunities to a
reduced workforce (e.g., increased reach, information gathering)
• However, the changing nature of demand and resources available
can limit their use
• Both country and organisational context is key to the adoption and
use of the INSPEC2T solution
• Is end-user feedback critical in the design and development of the
technology?
