koruma kurulunca yapılaşmaya karşı korunmasını ve koy özelliğini kaybetmemesini sağlamaktadır. Bugün bu sebeple betonlaşma
olmaması ve imarın yükselmesi sonucunda arsa ve ev fiyatları diğer yörelere göre daha kıymetli ve hızla değer kazanmaktadır.
