This document summarizes a graduation thesis for a Licenciatura in English Teaching. The thesis proposes a plan to improve teaching English through textiles at a vocational high school. It analyzes the textiles program, identifies available literature, and finds students' knowledge of textile tools. A questionnaire and teacher interviews were used to gather information. Most students said the class sometimes helps daily life and they sometimes find grammar, learn vocabulary, and do activities. Recommendations include having projects for students to make tasks and share experiences, and workshops to prepare teachers for technical classes. A proposal involves teaching activities like using a color wheel, working with fabrics, different types of embroidery, clothing production, and creating accessories.

15. RECOMMENDATIONS
• One possible solution could be to have projects where the student could
made different kinds of task and share their experiences during the
process of making it.
• Moreover the MEP can do different activities or workshops to prepare
teachers to have a technical class according to the students ‘needs.
• One recommendation is to have the opportunity to look for readings at
the internet and also if it is possible to have it in class so students will be
able to navigate for information related to Textiles and visit web sites
• A suggestion could be to train teachers with computers in the textile field
and also with the new sewing machines that work with computer
programs.
