2. What We Do
 Determine eligibility and implement academic
accommodations for students with disabilities.
 Consult and educate faculty and staff regarding
accommodations and working with students with
disabilities.
 Reduce barriers on campus.
 Goal of accommodations is to provide equal access and
opportunity, not guarantee success or provide an
unfair advantage.
 Seek to “level the playing field” for students with
disabilities.
