Calculating Credits
If I achieve a rank but don’t retain it, and then move back up to that rank during the qualification period, do I receive credits for the
advancement?
No. Advancement credits are based upon title, not rank. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you will maintain that title although
your rank (the level you are paid at each month) may change month to month, based on your orders.
If I promote to a new title on Aug. 10 when promotions become official, will I receive credits for that promotion?
No, credits are awarded based upon activity that occurs during the qualification period. Promotions that become official Aug. 10 are based
on activity that occurred in July.
Can a new Consultant earn the trip?
New Consultants can earn the trip as long as they are at least a Certified Consultant at the time the trip is taken and have achieved enough
credits. New Consultants who join between September and January will be awarded starter credits to jump start their trip earning potential
(see qualifications listed in the trip tracker).
Can credits be transferred from one Consultant to another?
Although this is a wonderful gesture, we cannot allow Consultants to share or transfer credits.
If I qualified for Pick. Pack. Play. but was unable to go, can I apply the credits I earned for that trip towards the 2014 incentive trip?
As listed in the Terms and Conditions for Pick. Pack. Play., if you earned the trip and could not attend, you were required to select $500 in
product credit, OR to roll over 20 percent of your credits. Rolled-over credits will automatically be added to your point total for the 2014

5. incentive trip. Those who opted for $500 product credit, did not attend, or signed up for the trip and cancelled due to a conflict, are not
eligible to use any credits from Pick. Pack. Play.
If I help a team member who is not in my frontline promote to a higher title, will it count toward my credits?
No. To earn credits for this promotion, the Consultant must be in your frontline. See trip qualifications for specific credits based upon
titles your frontline achieves.
If a frontline Consultant leaves Scentsy and his or her Consultants roll up to my frontline, do I get the credits when they promote
up to a new title?
Yes, so long as the promotions happen after the original frontline cancels.
Recruiting
If an existing Scentsy Family Consultant signs up for a new brand, will I receive credits for that recruit?
No, a new recruit must be new to Scentsy Family with a join date on or after Aug. 1, 2013. An existing Scentsy Family Consultant
enrolling in an additional brand does not qualify as a new recruit.
To receive credits for a new recruit, does my recruit have to promote to the title of Certified Consultant in the month I recruited
them?
No. To receive credits for a new recruit, the recruit must join and promote to the title of Certified Consultant within the qualification
period, from Aug. 1, 2013 to Jan. 31, 2014.
If I enroll three new Consultants in August and they become Certified during the qualification period, do I receive 18,000 credits?
Not necessarily. While your recruits must become Certified within the qualification period, the credits you receive are based on the month
they become Certified, not the month you recruited them.
How do I calculate credits for recruiting?
If you have one Consultant who enrolls during the qualification period and becomes Certified in a month, you receive 3,500 credits.
If you have two new Consultants become Certified in the same month, you receive 10,000 credits (5,000 each). If you have three new
Consultants become Certified in the same month, you receive 18,000 credits (6,000 each). If you have 10 new Consultants become
Certified in the same month, you receive a total of 60,000 credits (6,000 each).
For example, if you enroll three new Consultants in August and they all become Certified in September, you receive 18,000 recruiting
credits for September. If you enroll three new Consultants in August and they become Certified in different months – one in September,
one in October, and one in November, you will receive 3,500 credits for each recruit, or 10,500 credits total.
How will Consultants track their progress during the incentive qualification period?
An automated trip tracker will be available on the home page of your Workstation and will update daily with additional credits. All credits
are subject to change until commissions are finalized.
Guests
Who am I allowed to bring to Scentsy Family’s 2014 incentive trip as my guest?
Guests can be anyone 18 years or older who is not a Scentsy Family Consultant.
Can I bring my children on the trip?
This is an adults-only trip and children will not be allowed to participate; the only exception is infants 12 months or younger who are still
nursing. All expenses incurred by bringing an infant are the earner’s responsibility.
Will we be allowed to buy-in a guest if we didn’t earn enough credits to bring someone with us?
Scentsy will allow buy-in guests, space permitting. These spaces will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional buy-ins will
not be allowed if a guest spot is earned.

6. How much is the buy-in for an additional guest if I don’t earn enough credits for two?
Final costs for buy-in guests will be posted in February 2014. We will do our best to keep the costs low to accommodate as many people as
possible.
This is a very small window between determining the buy-in costs for an additional guest and the close of registration. Can we have
more time?
There are several factors that go into determining the cost and how many buy-in spots will be available. Unfortunately, this remains a very
small window of time that we have little control over.
Can I bring more than one guest?
No. Each Consultant will have the opportunity to earn one additional guest. If we have enough space, those who didn’t earn the additional
guest will be allowed to buy-in one guest. No one will be allowed to bring more than one guest.
Definitions
• Certified Personal Recruit: A new recruit with an enrollment date from Aug. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, who is personally enrolled
by you during the qualification period, and who achieves 1,000 or more points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) by Jan. 31, 2014. A new
recruit who is sponsored by someone else, but rolls up to you, does not count toward personal recruiting credits.
• Current: A Consultant who has 150 points or more in PRV in one month during a three-consecutive-month period.
Difference between Rank and Title
Promotion credits are calculated based upon title, not rank. For example, if you achieve the title of Director, you will keep that title, though
your rank (the level at which you are paid each month) can change from month to month based on your orders. Promoting from Director (Q)
back to Director does not qualify for promotion credits.
Fine Print
• Trip dates will vary depending on location. Exact dates for each location will be posted in the “What to Expect Document” available
in January 2014.
• Trip location selection will be based on a first-come, first-served registration with top credit earners allowed to choose first. When a
location fills, it will be closed and you may choose to sign up for another open location. No exceptions will be made.
• If selecting the incentive trip as your prize, your package will include a vacation for one (Consultant) or if sufficient credits are earned,
two (Consultant and a guest who is 18 years or older and not a Scentsy Family Consultant). Your vacation package includes:
o air transportation
o baggage fees for first bag per traveler
o transfers to and from the hotel (on designated dates only)
o meals (through a combination of per diem, credits or hosted events)
o hotel (including portage fees and gratuities)
• If a Consultant achieves the trip qualifications, but either a) cannot attend the group trip on the specified dates, or b) does not return the
Trip Registration Form by the announced close date for registration, then the “consolation prize” is $500 product credit for suggested
retail Scentsy Family products of the Consultant’s choice regardless of the level of the trip that is earned.
• Consultants who qualify for the incentive trip will be notified in Feb. 2014. Registrations are due by the announced close date for
registration. If the Consultant does not register by close date for registration, they will be automatically opted out of the trip portion and
given the $500 product credit.
• The Consultant must be current and in good standing with Scentsy, Inc. at the time of the trip or when the consolation prize is awarded.
• Once a Consultant has registered for the trip, ANY cancellation for ANY reason before flights are purchased will result in the Consultant
being allowed to choose $500 product credit as their consolation prize.
• Once a Consultant has registered for the trip, ANY cancellation for ANY reason after flights are purchased will result in the Consultant
receiving a flight credit to use through Scentsy’s travel agency at their discretion as their only consolation prize (it is the responsibility of
the Consultant to obtain the terms and conditions for the flight credit from the travel agency). They will not be eligible to roll-over credits
or receive product credit.

7. • A Consultant who earns at Level One may choose to buy-in a guest only so long as space is available. The buy-in cost will include
airfare, accommodations, all meals, and all activities.
• Scentsy will provide a payment plan for those who need to split up the guest buy-in payment. All payments must be completed on
time or your trip may be cancelled due to missed payments.
• If a Consultant registers and pays for a guest buy-in, ANY cancellation for ANY reason after airline tickets have been purchased will
result in a refund of all guest monies EXCEPT the cost of the airline ticket and a $100 cancellation fee. The guest will receive an
airline ticket credit that will be under set restrictions from the ticketing airline. If the paid guest cancels before the airline tickets are
purchased, they will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
• The individual costs for all buy-in guests will be announced as soon as they are available, but no later than Feb. 2014.
Eligibility
• The trip is open to current Consultants in good standing with Scentsy, Inc. in the United States, Canada, and U.S. Territories and
Mexico
• The contest qualification period is from Aug. 1, 2013 to Jan. 31, 2014. The deadline for orders to count toward your Personal Retail
Volume (PRV) is 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Jan. 31, 2014. The qualification period for recruiting is from Aug. 1, 2013 to Jan. 31, 2014.
Promotion credits will be finalized when commissions are run and are subject to change until that time. No exceptions will be made.
• Scentsy, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these incentive trip program details or to modify the qualification
period and qualifications for any reason Scentsy, Inc. deems reasonably necessary to carry out the legitimate operation of this
incentive trip program. Scentsy, Inc. further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Travel
• Travel arrangements will be made by Scentsy’s travel service and will be booked based upon your trip registration information. Airfare
will be provided for you and your guests (earned guests or buy-in guests, if applicable) from the closest major airport or an alternative
airport within a reasonable distance. You will be contacted if an alternative airport is the chosen option.
• Scentsy will allow you to make your own flight reservations in exchange for a $500 credit (per person). You must choose this option
on your registration in order to be eligible for the $500 credit (that will be placed on your Scentsy Family Pay Portal after registration
closes). This option must be used for both you and your guest, if applicable. If you do not choose this option on your registration and
book your own travel arrangements for any reason, you will not be reimbursed by Scenty. If you choose the option to make your own
travel arrangements in exchange for the $500 credit, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport to the
destination on arrival and departure days.
• If there is an error in your travel itineraries due to incorrect information on the travel form, or missed flights due to late arrival to the
airport, change fees will be the responsibility of the traveler.
• If the Consultant or Consultant’s guest is living outside the United States, Canada, or U.S. Territories, they will be responsible for the
difference in airfare (from closest continental location within Region 1) from their location to the destination.
• Travel expenses incurred from your home to the airport are your responsibility.
• Scentsy will provide reimbursement for the first airline baggage charge per attendee (including buy-in guests) within the weight limits
set by the airline. Reimbursement will be given to attendees via the Scentsy Family Pay Portal.
• Scentsy reserves the right to offer a buy-in guest option, dependent upon the total number of achievers and the capacity availability.
• Rooms are based on double occupancy. Single travelers will be placed with another trip earner. If a single traveler wants their own
room they must notify Scentsy at the time of registration and will be responsible for the difference in cost to have their own room
(space permitting). Only guests registered with Scentsy will be allowed to stay in Scentsy contracted rooms regardless of if the traveler
has a roommate or not.
• All personal expenses are the responsibility of the incentive achiever.
• Scentsy will not be held responsible for any travel delays, or lost luggage. All discrepancies will need to be taken care of directly with
the airlines.
• In the event the number of trip winners exceeds the company’s projections, and thus exceeds the block of rooms reserved at the
selected hotels, the company reserves the right to find comparable accommodations for some trip winners.
• This contest is void where prohibited by law. Fraud constitutes disqualification. The company reserves the sole right to determine the
winners.
• No compensations will be made for any unused portion of the trip.
• The incentive trip is non-transferable, and no earned or unused credits can be transferred to another Scentsy Consultant.
• ASL interpreter will be provided for those who need assistance only at meetings where company presentations are made.
• If there are six or more qualified Spanish-speaking earners registered to attend the trip, Scentsy will provide a Spanish interpreter at
any meeting where company members speak.

8. Other Incentive Terms
• Scentsy, Inc. reserves the right to substitute another trip of equal or higher value. Scentsy, Inc. reserves the right to audit any
information applicable to personal sales, sponsoring, team sales, and promotions and has the right to disqualify the Consultant
from the incentive if tampering, fraud, significant compliance issues, or bonus buying has occurred.
• All incentive qualifications, specification, prizes, and details are subject to change at the discretion of Scentsy, Inc.
• All qualification decisions are final and will be made by Scentsy, Inc.
• The value of the award will be included on tax forms for the year in which you receive the award and will reflect the fair market
value of the award.
• The incentive trip can be earned from sales, recruiting and promotion in any or all Scentsy Family brands. Consultants who are
existing Scentsy Family Consultants prior to Aug. 1, 2013 and enroll in a new brand are not considered a new recruit.
• Credits are earned only on PRV items; credits are not earned on non-PRV items purchased through the Scentsy Family Store.
• All outstanding balances with Scentsy must be completely paid before the incentive trip is honored.
• You must be in current standing at the time the trip is taken.
• If you earn a trip for two and choose not to bring an adult guest, you will have a private room — but no other consideration will be
given.
• If you are a top trip earner and choose a trip other than Greece, no other compensation will be given.
• If a Scentsy business entity earns the trip for one person, if available, a guest buy-in spot may be purchased for the additional
business entity partner.
