INTRODUCTION
 Electric powered bikes are a fast-growing market. In the next few years, there
will be more and more electric bikes on roads. This is has become a very
convenient mode of everyday travel, especially to work. Even big automobile
companies are slowly introducing their electric-powered vehicles.
 Electric bikes run on Lithium-ion batteries, this promises lesser carbon emission
in the air. Especially when almost the whole world is struggling with the
consequences of climate change, adding to air pollution will not do any good.
 Our Company Torq Moto has introduced a model X with many features and
friendly budget. E bikes use rechargeable batteries and lighter varieties. It has
integrated electric motor which can be used for propulsion.

product preorders reflect a substantial demand for TORQ E products.

• At the manufacturing, our e bike component traceability begins with directly
making parts with a permanent module number(MID) and uploading all the
information to the cloud
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
 Bikes Tool System
• At the assembly stage, we implement a software application, TORQ Bike Tool
System. It allows manufacturers to digitally connect individual components to
the finished e-bike.
 Time
• With the Bike Tool System, the bike factory technicians can easily scan the
barcodes to connect the e-bike system components to the bike frame then
follow the step to finish function tests and update the system to the latest
version.
EXPANSION MANAGEMENT
 Checking Capital for new business plans: -
 We should understand that expanding geographically is a costly affair, as We
will have to rent a new office, establish human resources, run marketing
campaigns to spread brand awareness and more.

• How can I build a foolproof supply chain?
• How will foreign customers receive my ideas?

financial plan and business projections.
 Make an aggressive marketing plan.
• You might have launched the world’s best product or service, but unfortunately,
nobody is going to buy unless you explain why you are the best. Marketing is a
must to spread the word about your products or services.

• Needless to say, launching your business in a over country is a costly
endeavor. Office expenditures, employees’ salaries and various other business
expenses can dry out your capital quickly. You might need to raise money to run
the growth engine.
FUTURE PLANS
 Our initial focus on the consumer space with our launch product is just the
first step in our long term roadmap to growth. In order to capture a larger
market share and continue scaling the company exponentially, we are
planning on rolling out Model Y and Model Z.
 Though we don’t have the money that the international competitors have, we
have a very good understanding of what is required. We also aim to start the
develpment of certain parts and accessories in house which would equally be
beneficail for our investors as well as our customers.

FUTURE PLANS
 It is very much possible to buy things like motors, controllers etc off the shelf
and integrate it. Some of the techniques we learnt and developed in house,
like battery management system, motors , battery packs, controllers etc.
Implementing this on a larger scale would also give way to expansion and
growth in a sustained manner.
 The most critical element of Model X, the battery management system, which
we built in-house. It is the most critical feature of an electric motorbike. It is
a computer on which the battery sits and controls its functioning. It will allow
it to operate between certain voltages so that it doesn’t not heat up.
FUTURE PLANS
 Future plans also include many tech enhancements such as The introduction
of cloud tech to capture data for predictive maintenance. this way the
customer will know when the bike needs any kind of maintenance. the
customer will also be updated on the bikes overall health. the introduction of
a battery management system which we built in house. it would be the most
critical element of he future models. Since It is a computer on which the

  • 5. INTRODUCTION  Electric powered bikes are a fast-growing market. In the next few years, there will be more and more electric bikes on roads. This is has become a very convenient mode of everyday travel, especially to work. Even big automobile companies are slowly introducing their electric-powered vehicles.  Electric bikes run on Lithium-ion batteries, this promises lesser carbon emission in the air. Especially when almost the whole world is struggling with the consequences of climate change, adding to air pollution will not do any good.  Our Company Torq Moto has introduced a model X with many features and friendly budget. E bikes use rechargeable batteries and lighter varieties. It has integrated electric motor which can be used for propulsion.

It allows manufacturers to digitally connect individual components to the finished e-bike.  Time • With the Bike Tool System, the bike factory technicians can easily scan the barcodes to connect the e-bike system components to the bike frame then follow the step to finish function tests and update the system to the latest version.

In order to capture a larger market share and continue scaling the company exponentially, we are planning on rolling out Model Y and Model Z.  Though we don’t have the money that the international competitors have, we have a very good understanding of what is required. We also aim to start the develpment of certain parts and accessories in house which would equally be beneficail for our investors as well as our customers.
  • 24. FUTURE PLANS  It is very much possible to buy things like motors, controllers etc off the shelf and integrate it. Some of the techniques we learnt and developed in house, like battery management system, motors , battery packs, controllers etc. Implementing this on a larger scale would also give way to expansion and growth in a sustained manner.  The most critical element of Model X, the battery management system, which we built in-house. It is the most critical feature of an electric motorbike. It is a computer on which the battery sits and controls its functioning. It will allow it to operate between certain voltages so that it doesn’t not heat up.

FUTURE PLANS  Future plans also include many tech enhancements such as The introduction of cloud tech to capture data for predictive maintenance. this way the customer will know when the bike needs any kind of maintenance. the customer will also be updated on the bikes overall health. the introduction of a battery management system which we built in house. it would be the most critical element of he future models.
