This document summarizes archaeological research on two ships discovered at Doel in Belgium. It describes the condition and construction details of Ship 1, including its keel, hooks, posts, planking, framing, and repairs. Ship 1 had a keelplank, 4 carvel-built bottom strakes, 14 clinker-built side strakes, 38 floor timbers, and a keelson. It also describes the more fragmented remains of Ship 2, which had a keelplank, 3 bottom planks, around 20 floor timbers, and signs of repairs. Ship 1 is concluded to be more completely preserved than Ship 2.
