 Rejection Analysis on shop floor and at customer end.
 Calculate monthly PPM for shop floor rejection.
 Take corrective & preventive actions by analyzing the root cause through why why
analysis.
 Update -Control Plan and PFMEA.
 Actively involved in implementation of poka - yoke & kaizen.
 To do process audit & product audit.
 To do why- why analysis of the top most rejections (outcome of daily Pareto chart of
rejection) coming on line.
 Implementing Pre-Control charts on machines having high rejections.
 Dimensional inspection during Pre-dispatch inspection using instruments & various
equipments like Gauges, vernier, micrometer and other instruments.
 Record daily process rejection in daily check sheet & line rejection sheet.
 To prepare work instruction.
 Responsible for attending customer complaints, analyzing problem and taking
corrective & preventive action.
 Responsible in totality for maintaining the quality standards for the entire
manufacturing process.
 Maintain documentation and co-ordination for quality audits
 Create PPAP documents for the new product development to the customer
 Prepares standard operating procedure for machining process & quality inspection
 To produce balloon drawings & taking layout inspection for dissimilar products
 Coordinate for dispatch and including inspection
