1. Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
These terms and conditions are for a prize draw run by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
through their Twitter feed. Entries are made by retweeting and following the appropriate post
on the @Volkswagen_CV Twitter feed. The prize is for a limited edition Volkswagen ’60 years’
T-shirt, featuring the lyrics to ‘God Only Knows’.

1. Entries must be made via Twitter and be received by 12:00pm GMT on 5 March 2012
2. Open to all United Kingdom residents over the age of 18 years. Only one entry per
household.
3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents
or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the
promotion.
4. There will be 5 winners and the prize that can be won is:
- One limited edition Volkswagen ’60 years’ T-shirt, featuring the lyrics to ‘God Only
Knows’. There are three sizes available – 1x small, 2x medium, 2x large. The sizes will be
allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
5. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received, and shall be notified
by Direct Message on Twitter. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been
made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees
fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. The name of the winner and the prize won will be made available on receipt of a self-

addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter before 9 April 2012
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged
during the promotion. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and
conditions and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise
defective will be disqualified.
9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. The Promoter reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in
the event of circumstances outside of its control.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion
and/or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant[s] it believes not to be
participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or
unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize
winner in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and/or prize
draws.
15. No purchase is necessary.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered
invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or
hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.
17. This promotion is run by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. This promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.
18. Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (trading as
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles) for the purpose of administering the prize draw and
contacting the winner. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your
request should be made in writing to the Promoter.
19. If there is a conflict in the terms and conditions to this prize draw with any other terms
whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these
conditions will apply.
