I am writing to serve as a reference for Vadim Khait and believe he deserves serious consideration as a
candidate within your organization. Vadim reported directly to me as Project Manager overseeing our
Chinese purchasing operations for approximately 2 years. Our company has a global footprint and
Vadim had no import/export experience prior to joining our organization. He quickly integrated himself
as a key manager within the company and we are very sorry to see him go. Vadim is extremely smart
and skilled, but more importantly he is a gifted manager. Coordinating complex tasks and projects
seemed to come naturally.
Our organization also began to rely heavily on Vadim’s technical computer background and expertise
and he essentially became the key contact for IT related issues.
