can provide access to information, foster
creative social knowledge-building, and
enhance the communication of the
achieved project package.

5. INFORMATION TOOL
The computer can provide vast
amount of information in various
forms, such as text, graphics, sound,
and video.
6. COMMUNICATION TOOL
The way to become a better listener is
to practice "active listening". This is where
you make a conscious effort to hear not
only the words that another person is
saying but, more importantly, try to
understand the complete message being
sent.
7. CONSTRUCTIVE TOOL
The computer itself can be
used for manipulating information,
visualizing one’s understanding,
and building new knowledge.
8. CO-CONSTRUCTIVE TOOL
Student can use co-
constructive tools to work
cooperatively and construct a
shared understanding of new
knowledge.
9. SITUATING TOOL
By means of virtual reality (RS)
extension systems, the computer can create
3-D images on display to give the user the
feeling that are situated in a virtual
environment.
