- Because Prezi is a web app, all of the presentations you create are stored (and accessed) online. Prezi however,gives you the ability to present offline (basically just saves the file locally). If you want to create offline you must upgrade to their PRO version which is expensive. This zooming presentation software helps you organize, present and share your ideas.
