Tech (India) Pvt. Ltd is a product engineering company focused to deliver end to end solutions
for automation in the power and utility space. Ami Tech offers excellence in delivery capability
to cover Hardware, Software, Networking, Maintenance and Support for core IT Infrastructure
Development, Management and Support Projects, thus making it a single point Agency for
comprehensive System Integration. Amitech business process required their Sales, Marketing
process handled in Dynamics CRM 2011 and Finance, Inventory, Production, Purchase
processes handled in Dynamics Axapta 2009. They also wanted to have some customizations
on sales module and marketing module entities. They wanted to approval their lead, account,
opportunity creation. Also they need some customization in reports. It is an integration project
between CRM and AX, so lead, customer (account, contact, opportunity) in CRM. Quotation,
sales order creation, invoice in AX. The integration is two way, we achieved using custom code
(web services and rest endpoints).
Responsibilities: As a Techno-Functional consultant is responsible for
 Involved in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s

Description: This project was to automate their ETRS in dynamics CRM 2011.In this system
we use an Asp.net portal for the employee to register, view his scheduled trainings. We have
been developed two new modules using XRM one is Training and another is Recruiting. In
employment module we are tracking the entire employee information submitted by the
employee using the Training portal, Employee activities, training which are scheduled to the
particular employee based on his/her Technical skills or interested technologies, and
employee’s documents, attended trainings. Under Recruiting module we tracking the jobs, job
description, job application, interview process, applicants (candidates) and short listing the
applicants. Tracking the interview status activities, documents of applicants. The registered
employee can view the scheduled training by login into the portal .The employee login details
will be sent to him through an Email capturing the username and password and the trainings
that are been registered .The employee can also sent request for the trainings available
through the portal .
