ViM People: Leadership
Patrons Must be member or affiliate service provider Fund local office Funding takes the form of a Convertible note with interest (6%) If a patron leaves in the first year, they must be replaced Able to convert at the end of 12 months to equity Patrons are the only ones who can buy direct equity Minimum of 5K Maximum of 50K
Patrons Wants skin in the game & is contributing Branch has limited amount of shares to sell Cannot be a patron in more than one office Once stock is issued patron designation goes away and you become a shareholder Hard Dollar – buying a percentage of infrastructure to grow your business Soft Dollar – equity growth Investing in yourself
Founding Partners Part of the non revenue branch(Inc branch) initially No initial budget for salaries Expected to be full time Compensated in equity Focus on growth of Soft Dollar Focused on building the ViM People model Protectors of the Brand Liaison to ViM Inc and BT allowing him to move on as Visionary  & filter the flood of ideas to others Responsible for taking the ViM People model worldwide Responsible for mechanics of expansion
Founding Partners Better to not be SP but is possible Take handoff from BT Potentially invest (stock allocation) Could be paid in other ways – will need way to pay Fee for expansion services Absolutely NEED 1 person to start Support local branches Ideally 4 one of each per EZOG style
Local Partners Up to 11 per office Complement of EZOG styles Responsible for leading local office Go through democratic processes One will be coordinating director = managing director Should get override (by vote) based on what local office wants to pay i.e. 10% of the time spent managing the local office override = $X.XX Local Partners are also Service Providers delivering revenue Do not report to Founding partners Report to local office
Process of Adding Leadership Chosen leaders will go through a vetting process that has been standardized. Brian and Michael Potts to initially create the process 4 initial leaders in ViM People Inc. The goal is to use the EZOG process to build a complete team Local branches will go through a similar process but with more input from other members in the branch.
Overview of ViM Inc Contribution of ViM Inc to ViM People is licensing of various technologies for ViM people’s use There is an opportunity to invest in ViM inc that will be detailed later. ViM Inc is a vehicle to create other ViM brands ViM insights etc EZOG Training Not in ViM People Training company ViM Insights License to ViM People

ViM People - Leadership

Patrons Must be member or affiliate service provider Fund local office Funding takes the form of a Convertible note with interest (6%) If a patron leaves in the first year, they must be replaced Able to convert at the end of 12 months to equity Patrons are the only ones who can buy direct equity Minimum of 5K Maximum of 50K

Patrons Wants skin in the game & is contributing Branch has limited amount of shares to sell Cannot be a patron in more than one office Once stock is issued patron designation goes away and you become a shareholder Hard Dollar – buying a percentage of infrastructure to grow your business Soft Dollar – equity growth Investing in yourself

Founding Partners Part of the non revenue branch(Inc branch) initially No initial budget for salaries Expected to be full time Compensated in equity Focus on growth of Soft Dollar Focused on building the ViM People model Protectors of the Brand Liaison to ViM Inc and BT allowing him to move on as Visionary & filter the flood of ideas to others Responsible for taking the ViM People model worldwide Responsible for mechanics of expansion
  • 5. Founding Partners Better to not be SP but is possible Take handoff from BT Potentially invest (stock allocation) Could be paid in other ways – will need way to pay Fee for expansion services Absolutely NEED 1 person to start Support local branches Ideally 4 one of each per EZOG style

Local Partners Up to 11 per office Complement of EZOG styles Responsible for leading local office Go through democratic processes One will be coordinating director = managing director Should get override (by vote) based on what local office wants to pay i.e. 10% of the time spent managing the local office override = $X.XX Local Partners are also Service Providers delivering revenue Do not report to Founding partners Report to local office
  • 7. Process of Adding Leadership Chosen leaders will go through a vetting process that has been standardized. Brian and Michael Potts to initially create the process 4 initial leaders in ViM People Inc. The goal is to use the EZOG process to build a complete team Local branches will go through a similar process but with more input from other members in the branch.
  • 8. Overview of ViM Inc Contribution of ViM Inc to ViM People is licensing of various technologies for ViM people’s use There is an opportunity to invest in ViM inc that will be detailed later. ViM Inc is a vehicle to create other ViM brands ViM insights etc EZOG Training Not in ViM People Training company ViM Insights License to ViM People
