7. Process of Adding Leadership Chosen leaders will go through a vetting process that has been standardized. Brian and Michael Potts to initially create the process 4 initial leaders in ViM People Inc. The goal is to use the EZOG process to build a complete team Local branches will go through a similar process but with more input from other members in the branch.
