• Insights is available starting with the 2019.10 LTS update.
• Insights is only available as part of the Enterprise Trial.
• Currently, Insights is only available to customers with on-premises deployments.
• Insights is an on-premises product; customer data will remain on-premise.
• The Insights data is stored on a separate SQL database from the Orchestrator database.
• Insights works based on historical data. For live data, we recommend using the Monitoring
feature in Orchestrator.
