Project Manager – Acquisitions and Divestitures
• Scheduled kick-off call with customer to gather requirements and review the contractual agreement for
divestiture.
• Worked with multi-functional teams including network design engineer, network build engineer, GE
business liaison, and business liaison to develop a design.
• Once design has been approved by all parties including security team, developed plan to get the
business off the core GE network and onto a 3PR so that they can still access some GE applications /
websites during the transition period.
• Ordered new equipment necessary to move the business to the 3PR – routers and new internet
circuits.
• Worked with network engineers to get the new routers and circuits configured and ready for the
cutover.

Build Scheduling Manager – GE GIS Global Build Team
• Implemented Scheduling Process for all incoming server build requests. With this process, we were
able to attain schedule attainment for 85% of all server installations going into GIS.
• Created and maintain reports for all servers that have achieved schedule attainment, missed schedule
attainment, and are in danger of missing schedule attainment. With this report, I am able to work with
the GIS teams on the implementations that are in danger to get them back on track.
• Maintained monthly build metrics. With these metrics, I am able to see how many installs achieved
schedule attainment and how many missed. Using these metrics, I am able to determine what the
biggest factors are that cause an implementation to miss attainment.
Project Manager De-install process manager– GE GIS Global Build Team
• Improved out-dated de-install process. Created new processes to improve the cycle time for a server
de-installation and implemented quality control to reduce the number of mistakes by the de-install
teams.
• Worked with GIS support teams to gather requirements for every step of the de-install process.
• Created a quality assurance check to make sure all phases of the de-install were completed correctly.
Project Lead – GE GIS Global Build Team
• On core team to lift the entire datacenter in Parkersburg, VA to the datacenter in Cincinnati, OH. This
included working with the customer on outage durations, shutting the equipment down, packing it up,
and moving it to Cincinnati. Once in Cincinnati, setting up the equipment in the datacenter and
validating that the system and application came back online.
• Took on complex implementations using the knowledge that I gained while working for GE. Worked
with all the support teams within GIS to manage these implementations to completion. Examples are
NPIs, Clusters, Tech-Refreshes, etc…
• Mentored CBTS project managers working on GIS projects. Using my knowledge of the environment I
was able to help other project managers to have success within the environment.

• Worked with customer base to determine what major projects were coming. By gathering requirements
ahead of time, I was able to make sure capacity and resources were in place.
• Created and maintained a build quality assurance checklist to ensure all builds met the correct
requirements before being turned over to the customer. The checklist covered all areas of the build
including OS, network, external storage, backups, etc...

Alpharetta, and Budapest datacenters.
• Worked with the Stamford datacenter site leader to share best practices and help implement GIS
processes for new server installations.

• Worked to troubleshoot if any issues arose on mainframes or servers within the environment. If
troubleshooting efforts didn’t work, paged GIS support personnel to look into the issue.
