Highlights:
Evaluated methods for the Waste Water Recovery and Reduction plant
project as well as facilitated improvements in project work, these included
improved erection and installation procedure, automation in welding.
Initiated successful development and implementation of MIG welding
automation for cirseam and vertical joint welding mechanism as well as the
cost reduction in erection and welding by improving the productivity
activities related to field erection and welding of storage tanks systems
alongwith design selection & quality control activities
Recorded zero unsolved customer/ supplier related complaints defects, this
was mainly achieved through continual improvement programme and strict
