Seeking Fortune
In today's extremely competitive market scenario,
all hotels are struggling to continuously stay ahead of the
competition. It needs no substantiation that chain hotels by
virtue of the immense synergies, distribution network, central
reservation systems, pan-India sales and marketing
infrastructure, support and a deeper knowledge pool have a
tremendous edge over stand-alone hotels. This is what
Fortune Hotels provides, besides the pride of being part of
India's premier hospitality chain.

heart of the city. Built in 1431, the Dargah is receiving
ongoing renovations, but can be visited during the low

EXPERIENCE
I VIKAS.A.SAWANT would like to share my
experiencewithmy teacher and colleagues.I completedmy
trainingfrom FORTUNESELECT EXOTICA . My training
experiencewas reallymemorablefor me because it has
thought me a lot of good things which will help me in future
for my career. It was an excellent workingexperiencewith
FORTUNEHOTEL. As the staffof the hotel was too
corporativeand the working conditionswere favorableand
safe for the staff as well as the trainees.
I got my industrial trainingdone in the different
departmentsof the hotel such as BANQUETS,KITCHEN,
FOOD&BEVERAGE, HOUSEKEEPING,FRONTOFFICE
& ACCOUNT'S/STORE. My senior staffwould always use to
tell me whatever problemmay arisebe readyto face it in a
positivemanner. I have always listened to them, I
use to watch their way of working in manner of talking to the
guest, handling guest problem, etc.
The staffof the hotel was very good in the way
of talking& teaching the work. I had learned many new
things from the hotel even my managers use to appreciateme
in my work.
I have enjoyed working withthe fortunehotel,
that reallyhelped me to gainknowledgeof hospitality
industry. The staff members were very cooperativeand strict
at the learning part. There was a atmospherelikea family. In
the departmentthere is a lot of unity and responsibilitywhich
thought us how to gainknowledgeand to prosper our own
personalityas well as how to achieve hospitalitygoals. The
traininghad improvedmy communication&technicalskill.
The overallexperienceof the hotel was very nice.
