1. Dear Villa Alhambra Unit Owners,
At our last owners meeting on March 19th, 2012, the owners in attendance requested
that I send a copy of all written requests for documents I have emailed to the Board and
to the Property Manager from January 2012 to date.
The owners at the meeting asked that I share the content of these emails with all of the
unit owners of Villa Alhambra, as some may wish to make similar requests to the Board
and the Property Manager. At the meeting it was agreed that this email along with
simple instructions, would be sent in order for unit owners to copy and paste the text
for each and any request for documents, as it is your legal right to do so.
With this being said, I have provided you with the following information:
