Dear Sir/Mdm,
I am writing this testimonial for Vivian Ng due to a change in management for Notion
Creatives Pte Ltd. As I have stepped down as the Creative Director/Managing
Director position with effect from 1 November 2009, this testimonial is a reflection
of my assessment on Vivian’s performance while under my directorship.
It is with pleasure I am writing this testimonial for Vivian. She joined us a Senior
Graphic Designer and has been promoted to the position of Art Director over the last
4 years.
As an Art Director, her responsibility includes handling of various Multi-National
Corporations accounts for below-the-line communication needs. Her responsibilities
includes:-
• taking of brief from the account servicing team
• brain-storming of creative ideas with the team
• providing art direction
• story-boarding for various video production
• print supervision and co-ordination
• compliance of client’s stipulated corporate guidelines
• hands-on for creative, graphic, layout and final-artwork
With a very strong ability in conceptualizing creative ideas and directions, Vivian has
always been a critical part of the creative team. She is able to transform complicated
subjects and objectives into a clean, clear and concise communicative design
solution. These qualities are indeed valuable in meeting our client’s needs.
As a team player, her persistence in doing good design can sometimes make it
uneasy for the account servicing team, but her stubbornness in maintaining a high
standard of work has always been much appreciated by our clients. Beyond work, her
easy-going temperament has won her teammate’s support and heart.
Vivian is capable of performing beyond the call of duty when required and I do
believe when given the opportunity, her creative ability will bring her places.

2. Definitely a valuable member for any organization, Vivian is one who will thrive and
perform even under pressure.
I will miss this teammate dearly. My heartiest wishes for her future endeavor, no
matter what it may be.
