I would expand the definition of diversity with saying that diversity means more than being
different rather its race, Varity of clothing style, or even food.
What is cultural competence? How can you develop it? Cultural competence is when you can get along
with accepting all types of race and doing it fairly. I believe we can develop it by learning to cope with
one another and sometimes even minding our own business until needed.
How can you communicate effectively? You can communicate effectively by making sure when talking
to someone you prepared to be active listener as well as a speaker and to have patients and if it deals
with criticism you can accept what is being said with manners.
How can you make the most of personal relationships? You can make the most of personal relations by
always keeping things at a professional level period. And making sure that if its business then you’re
always on time and well behaved.
