My name is Vogel Denise Newsome and I am a Community Activist/Civil Rights Activist and
consider myself blessed to be given an opportunity to present my view on “URBAN RENEWAL.”
Therefore, please understand that the information presented in this article is based upon my personal
knowledge (i.e. attacks leveled against me) and research. Through this article, I look forward to providing
you with information that you may find educational and fruitful in opening up your mind and understanding
of the RACIST WARS leveled against the BLACK/AFRICAN-Americans and their communities here in
Mississippi as well as other states within the United States of America.
I believe for one to better UNDERSTAND “URBAN RENEWAL,” it is
IMPORTANT to have KNOWLEDGE (which is POWERFUL) of the WHITE-
MINDSETS involved that created such a false/illusionary plan and/or process and
what the MAIN GOALS and OBJECTIVES are – Slavery and Oppression
(GAINING ACCESS to Communities through the use of an INFILTRATED
Government, GAINING CONTROL over property and land and RETURNING
Black/African-Americans back to CHAINS!) Not only that, I believe it is
IMPORTANT for one to have the history and/or knowledge of the Lobbyists and/or
Law Firms involved in “URBAN RENEWAL” projects. ONE in particular whose
name sticks out amongst them all and that is the Law Firm of Baker Donelson Bearman
Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC (“Baker Donelson”). The picture(s) that I have selected to
use of Baker Donelson is one in which I use many times in my Social Forums so that
the Public/World is aware of this firm’s Klan CONNECTION and AFFILIATION lending credence to their

WHITE-SUPREMACISTS ideology and induced LEGISLATION that is being written and passed as well
as the CRIMINAL acts (through fraudulent and deceptive means – bribes, blackmail, extortion, threats,
intimidation, etc. – of Congressional Members/Judges) used to PROMOTE their WHITE-SUPREMACIST
Agendas! So, then, when I look at the words “URBAN RENEWAL,” I look at it as an acronym with the
following meaning:
U.R.B.A.N. R.E.N.E.W.A.L. = UNIFIED RACISTS’ BATTLES
AGAINST NEGROES – RAIDING ETHNIC NEIGHBORHOODS
and EXPLOITING WHITE-AGENDA LEGISLATION
Here are a couple of DEFINITIONS of URBAN RENEWAL according to:
Merriam-Webster: a construction program to replace or restore substandard
buildings in an urban area; and
TheFreeDictionary.com: Rehabilitation of impoverished urban neighborhoods
by large-scale renovation or reconstruction of housing and public works.
Definitions which provide a FALSE sense of HOPE for a program created to MASK and HIDE the efforts
by Law Firms as Baker Donelson and its Jewish and White Supremacist counterparts to take CONTROL of
Black/African-American Communities/Land/Properties!
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND/HISTORY:
The concept of urban renewal as a method for social reform emerged in England as a reaction to the
increasingly cramped and unsanitary conditions of the urban poor in the rapidly industrializing cities of the
19th century. The agenda that emerged was a progressive doctrine that assumed better housing conditions

EDUCATION SO IMPORTANT? Well when living in a DEPOTISM-controlled

CONTROL how Black/African-Americans are EDUCATED and THINK!
The PLIGHT To CLOSE/SHUTDOWN HBCU’s In Mississippi and other states are
a REALITY! What does HBCU stand for? Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Under practices as WILLIE LYNCH and URBAN RENEWAL, the PLOT of the likes of
Baker Donelson and its Jewish/White Supremacist counterparts is to CLOSE what are known
as BLACK Schools/Colleges so that they can MANIPULATE and CONTROL the thought

The-Scenes” that ACTUALLY drafts the LEGISLATION/LAWS that are being passed at the

These practices are in VIOLATION of the KU KLUX KLAN Act and other statutes/laws that

Urban Development that former Jackson Mayor (Chokwe Lumumba) had CLEARLY went against that of
Baker Donelson and its counterpart because his plan was MORE effective and FAVORED the
IMPROVEMENT in the Black/African-American communities in Jackson. What also is clear is that
Lumumba’s plan to take the Black/African-American NATION FORWARD

In closing, URBAN RENEWAL to me is a
well-planned ATTACK by Baker Donelson
Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz and their Jewish
and White Supremacist counterparts to GAIN
ACCESS to Black/African-American communities.
URBAN RENEWAL like INTEGRATION and DESEGREGATION laws were CREATED with criminal
and malicious INTENT to OVERTHROW and GAIN CONTROL of the Black/African-American
communities. Through URBAN RENEWAL, INTEGRATION and DESEGREGATION these laws were
used to unlawfully SEIZE and GAIN CONTROL of land, property, businesses, etc. from Black/African-
Americans. As the Indians did, Black/African-Americans TRUSTED the WHITE man to do right; however,
all that is PRODUCED are CRIMINALS BREEDING CRIMINALS. Remember that the END GOAL was
always to return Black/African-Americans BACK to SLAVERY/CHAINS! URBAN RENEWAL,
INTEGRATION and DESEGREGATION was done to GAIN ACCESS to the way Black/African-American
children were disciplined. ONCE the WHITE Government was given ACCESS to the Black/African-
American communities, laws were created to STOP what was known
as CORPORAL PUNISHMENT at schools as well as
DISCIPLINING their children at home. THREATENING parents
who believe in disciplining their children for purposes of placing
FEAR in them of being INCARCERATED if they discipline their
children – i.e. labelling it CHILD ABUSE! What many do NOT
understand is the reason WHY the Baker Donelson and their Jewish
and White Supremacist counterparts draft and pass such laws, is due
to their RESEARCH and EXPERIENCE that LACK of
PARENTAL DISCIPLINARY action as well as LACK OF
disciplinary action in school RESULTED in HOPES that
Black/African-American children would become UNRULY and

DIFFICULT to control at home and in school; therefore, leading them to get into TROUBLE in the streets.

BEATINGS, SHOOTINGS and KILLINGS of the Black/African-Americans in the streets – i.e. as a

Is a WELL CONSTRUCTED program by White Supremacists and its Jewish counterparts to GAIN
ACCESS to the Black/African-American communities, their businesses and way of life for purposes of
GAINING CONTROL and DESTROYING their way of life, infrastructure and existence! HIDDEN-
Agenda WARS to return Black/African-Americans BACK to chains and make them DEPENDENT on the
JEWS and WHITES for survival.
The likes of the Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz THOUGHT their problems were
solved in Jackson, Mississippi with what appears to be the
MURDER/DEATH of the former Mayor Chokwe Lumumba. It knew that
should Lumumba and other LIKE-MINED individuals get together that the
WHITE Man’s URBAN RENEWAL would become OBSOLETE! Not
only that, they NOW realize that NO MATTER how MANY times they
have sought to OPPRESS the Black/African-Americans that they
ALWAYS RISE and SURPASS the OBSTACLES put before them. Not
only that, that even in the so-called IMPOVISHED conditions that were
CREATED by the White Man’s Government, Black/African-Americans CONTINUE to THRIVE and

White House, MANY thought that “CHANGE YOU CAN
