channel so that banks can better understand user habits, anticipate customer actions and deliver
personalized offers and services. The experiences Chabot's provide must be as similar to a human
agent as possible. That means providing more than simple Q&As, but rather presenting alternatives
and offers, anticipating their needs, and providing insights when convenient. Integrating chatbots as
part of their engagement processes can improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and deliver
valuable qualitative and quantitative feedback on customer demands and opinions. It is no surprise that
so many banks are already looking to deploy Chatbot’s to optimize their digital transformation

3. Problem Statement:
• As we know now a days most of the people use banks in their daily routine for any financial
transaction, which creates a need for general customer to understand the processes of their
respective bank. And we see this information are not readily available on the sites or people at the
bank take their time to explain the policies, which leads customers to documentation but also not
everyone is into reading documents. So how can we solve the problem of providing information to
customers quickly?

• To make banking functions more understandable and efficient for customers, Chat bots are the
answer, bot are trained to answer queries, and our bot will provide the necessary information to the
customers who want information online without physically going to the bank or surfing through the
documents, the ChatBot will be prompted on the homepage of the website. Where customers can
ask their queries and get their answers quickly i.e., Account opening, car loan information and other
information regarding banking facilities.
• The problems we will be facing during the development of this project is to train our bot to
understand the exact intent of the customer, this will require training of bot for multiple intents.
After the development of the bot the second big problem will be to integrate the bot with a website.

The aim of this project is to contribute to the solution of the problem of direct communication between
Clients & Banks. Chatbots are mainly used to provide customer support. Chatbots are very intelligent.
You train them once and they will communicate with your target audience in their language.

The future is not all voice interfaces, but instead it should focus on working within device
capabilities to boost user accessibility and flexibility. Some chatbots can offer voice-to-text
interfaces, voice-to-voice interfaces or text-to-voice interfaces, all depending on customer need or
brand decision.

• React: React (also known as React.js or ReactJS) is a

building user interfaces based on UI components. It

companies.2.3. React allows developers to create
large web applications that can change data, without
reloading the page. The main purpose of React is to
