The California Head Start Association serves as the collective voice for Head Start programs in California. As the Advocacy & Communications Consultant I support Legislative Bill, AB 762 - Integrated Child Care License being sponsored by CHSA for early care child development centers. In the Advocacy & Communications Consultant's role, I manage and lead the outreach, communications and organizing required to support this legislation.
