Wil grew up in a retailing environment being part of a family with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Since his early days he was fascinated by the communication between customer and employees. As technology evolved he had the chance to discover how innovative technology can be used to interact with customers first in mobile industriy and later in retailing, when m-commerce and Apps evolved.. During the last 10 years he lead significant initiatives for different brands and leading retailers to deploy means of digital communications (e.g. set-up of wireless technologies, social media, etc.). He was able to acquire and to manage important technology - driven projects for global corporations
