I have enjoyed an experience rich 28 years in the client service industry, focusing in retail and the restaurant industry. During that time I have been a mentor for development, coached to succeed and always hold the highest standards in the area of client satisfaction. I have created business plans for franchise groups and corporations as well as created action plans for employees with continuing success. Other specialties include hiring decisions, training, social media, marketing, and leading by example in all facets of business.
