Currently, while pursuing a PhD in Instructional Design at the University of South Alabama, Willette is employed as a student in the capacity of Graduate Assistant with the Innovation in Learning Center (ILC). As a Graduate Assistant in the ILC, Willette creates job aids, teaches workshops to university faculty and staff on the learning management system- Sakai, assists with course redesign, teaches technology workshops, e.g. i>Clickers, Captivate, and StudyMate, and assists faculty and staff with incorporating technology into their courses.
