Optimizing your new application in the cloud
We believe in an analysis and assessment process before migrating applications to the cloud. Whether they be Lotus notes applications or other applications.
1. Reducing total cost of migrations
Governance Team will work to cut the cost of migration and the future maintenance of the environment by diligently seeking to reduce the number of Notes applications that are selected to be migrated.
2. Recommending the most appropriate long term solution and architecture
The Governance team will also define the most efficient path of migration for the remaining applications and architecture which will ultimately be moved to Office 365 and Azure in order to reduce the overall cost of migration.
3. Enhancing information security and reliability while reducing operational risk
Ensuring application stability and security are met after the migration by making sure that roles and responsibilities are defined during this process
4. Align new application designs with the company architecture governance plan
The Governance Team ensures that each of the new applications being created aligns with the architecture Governance approach for the enterprise .
