2. The marine climate is
different in all parts of the
ocean. It depends on the
depth of the ocean and if it’s
tropical areas. Of course
there is no weather in the
ocean, the weather outside
of the sea makes the waves
and rips.

marine biome has over
10,000 species of
animals?
5. 75% (3/4) of the world is
covered in water, that
means that 25% of land
covers up the world.
6. The marine can be
parted into two basic
regions. Freshwater
and marine.
9. Kelp grows in an under
water forest (in shallow
areas.)
They grow fast(half of a
metre a day.)
Can reach up to 30-80
metres(100-260 ft.)
10. Coral are important reef
builders
Coral eat small fish and
plankton, using stinging
cells on their tentacles.
They don’t have bones.
11. Sea grass is a type of plant under
the ocean. It is a good place for
prey to camouflage and hide from
predators. Sea grass is like our
grass, but grows faster and taller.
13. The colour of dolphins is the
usually grey but sometimes pink.
Dolphins are closely related to
whales. Dolphins are mammals.
They are also warm blooded. They
eat fish and squid.
14. Seahorses are very strange creatures.
The male is the one that carries around
the baby! Wow, weird right. Sea-
horses come in all different colours.
Seahorses like to cling to sea grass
with there tail to camouflage.
15. Guess what my project animal is a blue
whale!!!!!
A blue whale is the colour bluey grey.
A blue whales tongue alone weighs as much
as an elephant!
A blue whale is a mammal.
Blue whales are fascinating animals.
They grow up to 32m-40m.
They some times eat up to 4 tons of krill a
day!
