Hola, yo conozco un poco de motivación laboral, y dentro de las cosas que aprendí me gustó
mucho un ejercicio es el siguiente.
Estando todos reunidos en una habitación le pides a alguien que salga de la sala. Con los que se
quedan escondes algo, una botella, una taza lo que sea. Cuando este escondida le pides a la
persona que salio que encuantre lo que escondiste (la indicación de las personas que estan a
dentro es que no digan ni hagan nada). El encargado de encontrar la cosa logicamente no sabrá
donde ir y como no logra encontrarlo le pides que nuevamente salga. La nueva indicación de las
personas de adentro es que cuando entre todos lo pifeen. Al entrar el encargado de buscar todos
lo pifean y nuevamente no logra encontrar nada, le pides que vuelva a salir. La nueva indicación
es cuando entre todos aplaudan...y asi lo hacen, pero nuevamente no encontrará nada. Le pides
nuevamente que salga, pero la nueva orden es que aplaudan cuando este cerca del objeto y
pifeen cuando este lejos hasta que logre encontrarlo.
Con ese ejercicio tu muestras la importancia del feedback en la organizacíón, ya que si no te
dicen nada, si solo te critican o solo te alagan pero no exite un intercambio de información para lo
que se quiere lograr, dificilmente el empleado va a lograr el objetivo de la empresa.

Dinamicas de motivacion
