Hi,
You have been nominated to participate as a stakeholder in an important project to review our mobile
capabilities and initiatives across divisions and create a comprehensive "Mobile Strategy” and architectural
blueprint for McGraw Hill Financial. For most of you, the engagement will be limited to an interview and a
couple of follow­ups.
Enterprise Architecture has engaged with Photon to assist us in the related gap analysis, future vision and
roadmap. Photon is a specialist firm in the Mobile space that will bring important external expertise and
industry knowledge to the project, in addition to a track record of helping companies along a similar path.
Your input is critical in this process and we would love to hear from you regarding the good work already
underway and your point of view on our future state. We will be contacting you to setup some time in the
next few days to get your unique perspective. The project is on a fast track to completion within 6 weeks, so
we appreciate you freeing up time in the next few weeks to be able to get an early perspective.
