Members – drive members remember Y’s dom is about service.
Duties
CP - Leads the club. Therefore must have good command of the movement, good communication skills. He/ she
should be present at the meetings
CS – coordinates club meetings. Takes minutes and circulates the same to the members. Keeps all records of the
meetings/ activities. Notifies members through email and phone about upcoming activities. Keeps a visitor books/
contacts.
CT- keeps upgraded accounts of all the club activities. Ensure that all dues are paid if any. Important to have
monthly subscriptions to cater for teas/ snacks
CSD – absential in running of the club apart from regular meetings cs activities should be planned well in advance
so that they work with the CT to raise budget.
