Yun-Yao Chen received his Ph.D. degree in Institute of Manufacturing Information and Systems, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. He is Certified IT Professional of Microsoft, Adobe and TQC. He received the award of 2013/2011 International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva (Silver), 2013/2010 Taipei Invention Exhibition (Gold/Bronze), 2009 Korea International Exhibition (Bronze), 2008 INPEX International Invention Award(Silver), and the nominated CSC national computer software contest 2008.
