Zaini is the founder and principal consultant of Green Pacer Sdn Bhd which provides consultancy and training services for energy management system development and implementation for large energy users to reduce energy cost. He is also a passionate trainer and also often sharing his experiences and thoughts about energy efficiency industry as the guest speakers at seminars and conferences. Apart from promoting awareness abyout benefits of energy efficienc in his industry, Zaini is also passionate in helping to create awareness on the importance of early career planning and communication skills among students and young executives.
