18. Keys To Creating A Solution To Meet the Needs
 In the absence of a “do it all” tool – Focus on how much it can cover and how well it can
assimilate outside information
 Selecting ”Best in Class” (cost efficient) solutions, focusing on capability, ability to
integrate, and exit strategy.
 Visualize a jigsaw puzzle and focus on how the pieces should fit and what the picture
should look like
 Maximize the tools you have (is it better to have 15 tools that covers 95%, or is it better to
have 5 tools that covers 80%?)
 Don’t do technology for technology’s sake
 Be creative with your tools!!!
