As Exploration Manager and New Ventures Manager she offers her ability of managing the strategies of portfolio which is the combination of conduction and mitigation of technical risk, financial risk and host government relation risk. She had done many feasibility studies and acquired 2 blocks in Kurdish Regional Government, 3 fields in bidding rounds of Baghdad and more than 17 blocks in Turkey.
