under Scheduled Tribes
• Some of them are : Tarkari, warli,
Katkari, Konkani
• Earlier, these people also had
community discrimination
• These community concentrated areas

• Vegetables are subjected to cultivation and choice

• Almost every village here has a primary school
• Secondary and higher secondary schools are
widespread across.
• Jawahar is the nearest city for higher education
and graduation
• There are Residential Schools nearby funded by
different Trusts and Government

11. • Though Adivasis insist on cleanliness, there are very few sanitation and
healthcare options
• There are very few PHCs
• These PHCs have staff shortage
• Much need of Highly Qualified Doctors
• These PHCs also lack average healthcare facilities and equipments
