About MobileBanking Application:

Mobile Banking Application is a banking application that allows user to make
Online Payment, Transfer Money, Balance Enquiry, Account Management,
Request Services etc from anywhere, anytime and for anyone with mobile access.

Mobile Banking Application is a safe, convenient, easy-to-use service.

The application is developed and is being initiated to build and provide Key
Banking Services to the end users.

VlinkU Banking Application is a GPRS based Mobile Application which allows Banks
to deliver the relevant information to provide better services to their customers.

J2ME Client Application:

The J2ME client of ‘’MobileBanking’’ is the End User Client application
which is downloaded and installed on the java enabled handsets. The
application resides on the mobile phone and interacts with the VlinkU
Middleware server application using GPRS. Short for General Packet
Radio Service, a standard for wireless communications. The user needs to
contact Service Provider and get GPRS service activated on his/her SIM.

The request from the application is sent to the VlinkU Middleware
server in Encrypted format. The data is encrypted using ‘’Public Key’’
of the server. Once the request is received at server side, it’s again
decrypted using it’s own ‘’Private Key’’.


Few Modules Of J2ME Client Application:

Welcome Screen

Post login authentication, the user
is moved to a menu based screen
which can have the options, viz.
Online Payment, Money Transfer,
Balance Enquiry, Mini Statement
etc.

selected from the menu list are
shown in next slides.


Online Payment:

Online Payment

When user clicks on “Online
Payment” from the main
menu list he/she proceeds to
this screen. He needs to feed
in details like, Biller, Account
Number, Confirm Account,
Number, Amount etc.


Money Transfer:

Money Transfer
If user selects ‘’Money Transfer’’ option
from the main menu list. He/she is
moved to next screen shown right here.
User needs to select the Sender from
pre added popup list, Mobile Number,
Amount etc.
Here we can see a button ‘’Add New
Sender’’. The user can click this button
to add new sender. The look is shown in
next slide.

has to feed in the details
mentioned over here, viz,
Name, Mobile Number,
Account Number, Bank
Name etc.


Account Activity:

If user selects ‘’Account Activity’’
from the main menu. He/She will
be moved to screen shown on the
left side. Here user has to select
From Date and To Date to get the
Accounts Activity.

BigAdda WAP Portal

BIGADDA WAP on MOBILE !

WAP version designed and developed specially for mobile phones. It gives
user access to his/her favourite BIGADDA services wherever he/she is,
simply using his/her mobile phone.

It has functionality of add/reject friend requests, status and scribbles (read
as scraps/write on wall). The WAP site also urges you to add invite friends
from your phonebook, which leads back to getting you to download the
application.

GPRS handset and connection is required to access this on your phone.
Key features on mobile version are Register & find friends,
Invite friends using mobile, Send & receive scribbles,
See & comment photos etc.

VisaBillPay is a safe, convenient, easy-to-use service allows you to make
payments to your day to day bills.

It’s a Mobile based payment system that allows customers of participating banks
and Credit cards to pay their Bills conveniently and securely using Visa cards.

This secure payment system allows for payment of services from anywhere,
anytime and for anyone with mobile access.

The application is easy to download and install.

The application is totally secure, convenient, seamless and saves time.


System Architecture:


Visa Bill Pay

The J2ME client of ‘’VISA BILLPAY’’ is the End User Client application which is

Launch Screen

This is first screen, after the user
launches the app. It has various
options in menu viz. Login,
Registration, Instant Pay,
Forgot Password etc. to
navigate through the application.


Instant Pay 1st Screen
The ‘’Instant Pay’’ option is for user
who does not wish to login but still want
to make some payment of his/her Bills.
Here we can see list of Utilities. If the
user selects ‘’Mobile’’. The user will
move to next screen.

Biller Location List
Here the user selected ‘’Mobile ‘’ so has
to first select the circle of the service
provider i.e. Biller location to navigate to
the next screen. Based on selection, the
next screen will be displayed. It can be
seen in the next slide. If user selects
‘’Chennai” then next screen will be one
shown next slide.


Bill Parameters

Mobile Billers
On this screen the user can select the
desired biller e.g. ‘’Vodafone’’. Based
on the selection the application will
fetch the respective parameters defined
for the biller and display the screen
shown here on the right side.

Based on the biller selected the next
screen shown on the right side will be
displayed with all the required
parameters for billing. After filling in the
required details, when user clicks on
‘’Pay’’ button, he/she is moved to next
screen shown in next slide.



Card Details

After the user clicks on ‘’Pay’’ on previous
screen. Next screen asks user to feed the
VISA Card details through which the user
wish to make payment. It asks for Card
Number, Expiry Date, Card Holder
Name, CVV and Amount. After the user
feeds all required details on this screen
and clicks on ‘’Submit’’ button. The
application pops up a confirmation screen
shown next.

A final confirmation from
user before payment request
is sent to the Payment
gateway server.

Response from gateway server

The Bank Reference is
generated at the gateway server
end for keeping a track of the
payment transaction.


Card Payments

Menu Options
When we click on ‘’My Cards’’
options, the cascaded menu
opens and here it shows ‘’View
Cards’’ & ‘”Add Cards’’ option.
On click of ‘’View Cards’’ option.

My Card Screen
On click of ‘’View Cards’’, the
request is sent to server and in
response the server sent the list of
Visa Cards that the user has added
using ‘’Add Cards’’ option.
Accordingly it’s displayed as shown
here on right side.


How to install the J2ME Application on handset ?

• User needs to have a Java enabled mobile phone.

• GPRS activated on the SIM card.

• Download the application’s JAR file (Java Archive installable File) onto
the mobile phone using WEB/WAP or SMS.

• Once download is complete, the JAR files needs to be installed on the
handset .
