• Adjustment within space constraint was the major challenge
• Vertical design was done, allowing encasing of all electronic hardware viz. PWA, transformer etc.
Highlight
• Use of Pro-E to build mechanical design considering tool design factor such as minimum wall thickness,
parting line location, inserts & gate locations, cooling layouts, shrinkage allowances etc.
• Prototype was built and product was tested for assembly, vibrations, leakage etc.
